We provide multiple ways for you to report confidentially potential violations of the Code of Conduct. In addition to the methods provided below, you may speak with your line manager, your HR manager, a member of the Legal & Integrity team, the CEO or the Board of Directors.
If you prefer to remain anonymous, you should raise a concern by using the confidential Business Ethics Hotline (online or via telephone).
If you become aware of possible violations of the Code of conduct, policies, laws or regulations you can raise your concerns by:

O.M.T. S.p.A. has always shared the values of fairness and transparency in business management. Therefore, although the adoption of the Model does not constitute a legal obligation, the Board of Directors by resolution dated 10 December 2013 adopted, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, an Organization, Management and Control Model that can constitute a valid tool to raise the awareness of all those who work in the name and on behalf of OMT S.p.a., to ensure that they behave correctly and linearly in the performance of their activities, such as to prevent the risk of commission of the crimes provided for by the Decree itself.
To supervise the implementation of the Model, the Board of Directors has also appointed a Supervisory Body to verify the functioning, compliance and updating.
